Tip#998: Top 20 Inspiring Movies for Indestructible Optimism!

In times of unexpected change or crisis we each need to learn how to stay positive in spite of the overwhelming challenges we are faced with. Consistent negativity such as the daily news can also cause stress and anxiety and yet it is possible to stand in the calm eye of a hurricane where you can feel an inner sense of peace, confidence and courage. You just need to train your mind and attitude for indestructible optimism.

Over the years, specific films I’ve loved became my go-to-resources for inspiration whenever I felt lost, alone or hopeless. These are movies that injected my mind and spirit with a vision and a clear reminder of what courage, confidence and indestructible optimism looks like. They showed me heroes with unshakable faith and their solutions for overcoming immense challenges. They inspired me to persevere through dark times such as burnout from work, personal tragedy, unexpected financial crisis and clinical depression.

This list of my personal favourites was compiled based on multiple viewings over several decades. Watching these films became part of my creative coping strategies. They always remind me of my inner strengths and they can empower you to remember yours too. These cinematic role models demonstrate a high level of positivity, resilience and indestructible optimism!
